Bacon & Tomato Wafers Recipe
Ingredients:
3 bacon slices
6 Tbsps of warm butter
2 tsps of tomato-paste
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/3 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
3/4 tsp of dili seeds
Instructions:
Prepare oven. Heat it to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit. Slice bacon thinly using a sharp-edged knife. Have them fried then drained well. Set aside and cool completely.
In processor w/ metal blades, combine bacon w/ butter, flour, cheese, paste, salt and dili seeds. Pulse ’til it forms dough ball.
Next, roll dough out into 1 & 1/2-inch diametered cylinder then wrap w/ waxpaper. Place in your fridge for several hrs ’til firm. Then cut them into 1/8-inch thick rounds then arrange on bake sheets.
Let them bake for 10 to 12 mins or ’til edges are browned lightly. Allow to cool in racks.
