Baked Pasta With Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
28 ounces can of tomatoes w/ juice
1 tsp of salt
12 ounces of spaghetti noodles
15 ounces of cheese (Ricotta)
3 eggs (large)
3/4 tsp of seasoning (Italian)
1/2 tsp of pepper
10 ounces of mixed veggies (frozen)
1/2 c of milk
1/4 c of cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Prepare oven. Heat it to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13×9x2-inch bake dish.
Pour tomatoes into medium-sized saucepan. Add seasoning, 1/4 tsp of pepper and 1/2 tsp of salt. Let it boil, stir and break up tomatoes using a wooden-spoon.
Minimize heat then simmer for 25 mins, occasionally stirring ’til desired consistency is achieved.
Meanwhile, boil a pot filled w/ salted water. Add noodles then cook following package instructions. Add frozen vegetables into pot at the last five minutes of your cooking. Drain very well.
Mix eggs, milk, ricotta, remaining pepper and salt in bowl. You add noodles w/ veggies then mix thoroughly. Transfer into greased dish then smoothen top.
Let pasta bake for 15 mins. Sprinkle w/ Parmesan then serve w/ tomato-sauce.
