Baked Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
6 large tomatoes
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of melted butter
1 well-beaten egg
1 tsp of minced parsley
1 c crumbs of bread
1 Tbsp of minced onion
1 pepper
Instructions:
Remove tomatoes’ stem end then cut centers out. Combine remaining ingredients, use this as filling to hollowed tomatoes.
Arrange them on bake dish then bake for about 30 mins at 350 degrees F.
