Baked Tomatoes & Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
16 ounces can of tomatoes
A pinch of rosemary
16 ounces frozen kernels of corn
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of cheese; grated
1 Tbsp of sugar
A pinch of pepper (black)
1 chopped bellpepper (green)
2 Tbsps of chili-colorado
1 Tbsp of margarine
2 c of dried crumbs of bread
Instructions:
Drain fluid from tomatoes in can. Have your tomatoes simmered w/ sugar for 5 mins. Add corn, pepper, chili-sauce, onion, salt and margarine. Cook mixture slowly for 15 mins.
Grease a serving dish. Arrange alternately vegetable-mix, crumbs & cheese layers, ending w/ cheese layer on top. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 mins or ’til top browns.
