Baked Tomatoes With Orzo & Olives Recipe
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes (yellow); halved
1/4 cup of chopped olives
3 Tbsps of chopped basil
1 Tbsp of extra-virgin oil (olive)
1/4 cup of grated cheese (Parmesan)
3 cups of cooked orzo
1 tsp of chopped garlic
3 tsp of toasted nuts (pine)
Instructions:
Prepare your oven. Heat it to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Cut tomatoes into 2 then scoop out contents, leaving it hollow, then arrange them on baking sheets and put into oven.
Combine remaining ingredients excluding cheese in mixing bowl then add pepper and salt. Stuff each tomato then sprinkle w/ cheese, then bake them for about 20 mins then serve at once.
