Cheesy Tomato & Turkey Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of cooked macaroni
2 c of cooked turkey cubes
28 ozs of canned tomatoes; drain and chopped coarsely
500 ml of low-fat cottage cheese
1 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
4 pcs of chopped scallions
1 tsp of dried marjoram
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1/2 c of fresh bread crumbs
1 Tbsp of butter; slice to small cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together except for bread crumbs and butter on a greased 9×13 baking pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture and brush some butter.
Bake in an oven temperature of 350 degrees-F ’til browned lightly for about half an hour. Good for 6 persons.
