Chicken With Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
2 Tbsps of olive oil
1 Tbsp of flour
4 pcs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts; halved and cut to strips
1 pcs of shallots (medium)
2/3 c of whipped cream
8 ozs of cooked noodles (egg)
1/2 c of white wine (dry)
1/3 c of oil packed sun dried tomatoes; drained & chopped
3 Tbsps of chopped basil (fresh) or
2 tsps of basil (dried)
Instructions:
Heat oil and butter into skillet on medium to high-heat. Season the chicken using pepper plus salt. Saute chicken ’til brown for 3-4 minutes. Mix in shallots then saute for a minutes.
Sprinkle some flour into skillet then cook for a minute. Mix in wine, cream, basil and tomatoes. Let it boil then cook ’til sauce is thick in consistency. Occasionally stir for 4-5 minutes and season as needed. Serve with egg noodles.
