Kd’s 10 Minute Tomato-Free Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 c of soy milk
4-8 cl of garlic
1 Tbsp and 1 tsp of flour (whole wheat)
A pinch of basil
A pinch of oregano
A pinch of parsley
A spike of seasoning
1/4 c of cheddar cheese (Tofu-rella); shredded
1/4 c of Jack cheese (Tofu-rella); shredded
1 tsp of margarine (if desired)
Instructions:
Combine soy, margarine, spike, parsley, oregano, basil and garlic then let it boil. Sift flour slowly as you stir to avoid clumping. Mix in cheese ’til thick in consistency. Add cheese as needed.
Best served over some steamed spaghetti. Makes one recipe.
