Lamb With Cabbage & Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of whole tomatoes (large)
1 pc of a cabbage head (large); chopped up
1.5 tsp of oil
1 pcs of onion (large), chopped
2 lbs of lamb; ground
Salt (to taste)
A pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
Simmer the onion with oil. Mix in lamb and cook ’til browned. Mix in salt, pepper tomatoes.
Allow to cook ’til done. Chop cabbage then continue to cook for 20-25 minutes. Pour hot water as needed. Don’t over cook the cabbage. Good for 8 persons.
