Lynn’s Artichoke Tomato Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of canned artichokes; sliced to small bits with the juice reserved
2 pcs of tomatoes (fresh garden variety); chopped
2 c of mushrooms; thinly sliced
2 Tbsps of flour
1 pc of onion; finely diced
Basil leaves (fresh); chopped
Milk (non-fat)
Instructions:
Place artichokes with juice in pan and thicken using milk and flour ’til preferred thickness is reached.
Place basil, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion then cook about a few minutes. Cook 1 batch spaghetti and rinse. Top noodles with artichoke.
