Macaroni Cheese & Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of macaroni (elbow shapes); cooked and drained based on pack’s directions
1 c of tomatoes (canned or sauce)
1/4 tsp of dillweed or basil
1/4 tsp of mustard
1/2 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
1 Tbsp of cornflakes; crushed
Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Break tomatoes into juice on 4 c of dish and add basil, pepper and mustard. Pour cheese and macaroni while lightly mixing.
Sprinkle crushed cornflakes then bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour ’til crumbs are brown while mixture becomes bubbly.
