Macaroni & Tomato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of onion; coarsely chopped up
1.5 c of water
2 lbs of beef; ground
1/4 c of pepper (green); chopped coarsely
1 clove of garlic; finely minced
2 cans of tomatoes (1 lb each); chopped up
1 c of tomato juice
Pepper
Salt
2 c of macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 tsp of oregano
Instructions:
Brown garlic, pepper and onion then drain. Add tomatoes, both the canned as well as the juiced, then seasonings. Combine well then pour into crockpot.
Let mixture cook on low flame 6-8 hours then add macaroni (uncooked) to be cooked 2-3 hours.
