Mushroom & Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of oil (olive)
4 cloves of garlic; crushed
Handful of parsley (fresh); chopped finely
1 tsp of marjoram
1 lb of mushrooms (sliced)
2 c of tomatoes (plum & canned)
Pepper & Salt
Ingredients:
Put olive oil into heated pan (huge) and saute parsley, garlic, as well as marjoram in single minute. Then add mushroom slices and cook on moderate fire (5 mins).
Mix in salt, tomatoes and pepper then set flame to high for 8-10 mins or ’til sauce texture begins thickening.
