Oregon Hazelnut & Sundried Tomato Pesto Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of tomatoes; sundried
1 & 1/4 c of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 c of hazelnuts (Oregon’s); chopped up
1/2 c of cheese (Parmesan)
1/2 c of cheese (Romano)
Pepper & salt
Instructions:
Blend oil (olive), tomatoes and garlic in a processor ’til smooth. Drop in the cheeses and hazelnuts then process into your favored consistency. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for taste. Produces 1 batch.
