Pasta With Quick Tomato & Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 lb of fettucine (or tagliatelle)
2 pcs of garlic cloves; minced
16 pcs of tomatoes (plum, Italian); peeled, seeded, and chopped up
2 Tbsps of chopped parsley (fresh)
2 Tbsps of chopped basil (fresh)
1/3 c of olive oil
Salt & Pepper
grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Heat oil on a medium-sized saucepan above gentle heat. Add garlic then saute for 3 mins. Add tomatoes and increase heat into high; cook them, at about 5 mins or till tomatoes have juiced.
Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drain then place them back onto the pot above gentle heat.
Add your tomato mixture or sauce along with the herbs; mix them well till coated thoroughly and heated well. Season salt & pepper. Spread grated cheese on top; serve at once.
