Pasta With Tomato Meat Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of uncooked pasta (of your choice)
8 ozs of lean beef (ground)
1 pcs of onion (medium); chopped coarsely
2 cloves of garlic (medium); chopped finely
6 pcs of tomatoes (large); peels off, seeded, diced
1 tsp of salt
1/4 c of wine (red)
1/2 tsp of oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp of basil (dried)
1/2 tsp of sugar (refined)
Instructions:
Prepare the pasta as stated in the package instructions till ‘al dente’ then drain.
While waiting for the pasta to cook, combine onion, garlic, and beef inside a skillet then cook till meat has browned. Set mixture on the side.
Combine tomatoes, salt, oregano, basil, sugar, and wine inside a blender; blend for half a minute. Pour onto the meat and let it simmer for 20 mins. Toss pasta and sauce. Serve immediately.
