Pear Tomatoes Stuffed With Boursin Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of cream cheese (8 oz)
2 pcs of peeled cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp of basil (fresh)
1 Tbsp of chives (fresh)
1 Tbsp of dill (fresh)
6 pcs of pitted olives (black)
2 c of tomatoes (pear, yellow)
2 c of tomatoes (pear, red)
Instructions:
Combine cream cheese herbs, and garlic inside the processor; blend till smoothened. Add olives; blend them again till smooth. Set on the side.
Cut the topmost part of tomatoes and scoop their seeds out. Sprinkle (small amount) salt then invert and place on the towel to drain off its liquid.
Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the cream cheese mixture.
